In her review of 2023, Kristi will be presenting her latest projects for the first time and describing how she pushed the limits of her Nikon Z cameras. From failures to successes, she will discuss all the photographic lessons learned in the year and demonstrate how you can create better pictures and videos in 2024.

2023 was a big year for going back to her roots. Her first passion was underwater photography, and this year she housed her Z9 and took it to the sardine run in South Africa to photograph and film sharks. Kristi will discuss her experience as one of the first in the world to shoot with the Z8 and of seeing and capturing the Northern Lights for the first time. She will talk about an unusual story in which she used black lights to photograph scorpions and other creepy crawlers, as well as one of her biggest projects of the year, switching her camera to video with the goal to help raise over a million dollars for mangrove protection.
